We will make every effort to ship your product within 48 hours after receiving your order, but certainly within two weeks of receiving your order.
Our Refund Policy
Storm King Press will be happy to replace any damaged or defective video or DVD within 30 days of purchase. And if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will be happy to provide a refund, provided you have not removed the video or DVD from its original packaging.
